Marsha Hendler founded TerraFina Energy in 2011 and has guided the company from a single-well operation to a diversified Texas oil and gas producer. As Founder and CEO, she oversees the company's strategic direction, acquisitions, operations, and investor relations.
Drawing on a successful business background and more than a decade of experience in the energy sector, Ms. Hendler has developed expertise across all phases of oil and gas operations, including acquisitions, drilling, production, land management, and asset development. Her hands-on approach and disciplined management philosophy have helped establish TerraFina as a respected independent operator focused exclusively on Texas energy opportunities.
Ms. Hendler is widely recognized for both her business leadership and community involvement. She serves on the Energy Advisory Council of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas and, at the appointment of the Mayor of San Antonio, serves on the City of San Antonio Airport Advisory Commission. She has also served in leadership roles with numerous business and civic organizations, including the North San Antonio Chamber of Commerce, the Association of the United States Army, and several regional energy industry associations.
Her accomplishments have earned national recognition, including selection to Forbes' inaugural Women 50 Over 50 list. Additional honors include Acquisitions International's Most Influential Oil & Gas Businesswoman award, Female Oil & Gas CEO of the Year, the ALLY GRIT Award, and the San Antonio Business Journal's Women's Leadership Award.
Ms. Hendler is a distinguished alumna of the University of Houston's Hilton College of Global Hospitality Leadership and continues to serve on its Executive Committee.
